REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions available is based on the package you select with The Digital Elves. We are
committed to meeting your requirements and will continue revising until your expectations are met. No
additional fees will be charged unless the design concepts are changed. Revised designs will be delivered
within 48 hours.

Any changes or revisions requested after the final logo designs have been approved will be considered a new order and will be charged accordingly.

REFUND POLICY

The Digital Elves refund policy is nullified if:

– A specific package has been selected.
– The primary design concept has been approved.
– Revisions have been requested.
– Cancellation is made for reasons not related to the company.
– The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of the project.
– The company’s policies have been violated.
– Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
– The creative brief lacks required information.
– A complete design change has been demanded.
– The refund request period has expired.
– The business is closing or changing its name or business focus.
– Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or
other reasons not related to the service.
– If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only
apply to that specific service, not the entire bundle.
– No refunds will be given after 7 days from the date of purchase.
– Services including, but not limited to, Social Media Marketing/Management, Search Engine
Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights & Trademarks, Web Hosting, & Paid Plugins
are non-refundable.
– No refunds will be entertained once the design has been approved for development.
– A partial refund (not exceeding 25%) may be available if the client fails to provide the initial brief for
the logo/web design within 10 days of placing the order.

We will respond promptly to your refund request. After a critical analysis, we will initiate the refund process.

Upon refund, you will forfeit any rights to the designs submitted by The Digital Elves. Information will be forwarded to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legality.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

You agree to resolve any disputes or claims related to these Terms or The Digital Elves services in
accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, waiving any objections to such courts.
Disputes must be filed within 30 days after the cause arises. Efforts will be made to resolve disputes in
good faith, and unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation or legal action as appropriate.

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

We strive to meet your requirements with well-researched and crafted designs, aiming to exceed your expectations through our satisfaction guarantee. Our policy of unlimited revisions ensures your complete satisfaction with your design, subject to your selected package.

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders will be delivered to the account specified on the Order Confirmation, accompanied by a confirmation email. Turnaround times vary by package, with a minimum of two business days required. For urgent orders, please contact our customer support team.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

The Digital Elves maintains records of finalized designs to assist with any misplaced orders, ensuring
you receive the exact files you need.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

The Digital Elves is not responsible for communications conducted outside of our official email domain
or phone numbers listed on our website. We take full responsibility for information provided through
our official channels. Project activation charges may apply after 45 days of inactivity from the client.
